My Overall Thoughts:I was really disappointed with how quickly the benefits of the K2 Blonde incense dissipated. It was certainly not an over-powering incense product and maybe if I were on lunch break trying to get past an upsetting event it would have been fine. However, that would be about the only time period I could recommend using this product. I will keep some on hand in my glove compartment just in case I have a need at work or something, but for my longer evening meditations, K2 Blonde simply will not due.
What I Liked:I really, really, really liked the rich vanilla scent and I could actually tell there was some nutmeg - but I have a really good nose and it was really faint!
What I Disliked:I suppose what I disliked about K2 Blonde was the lack of any prolonged impact it had during my meditation. As I am typically meditating from 1 to 2 hours, I felt like the benefit was lost far sooner than I would have liked.
Who Should Order:If your meditation time is over a short period of say 30 to 45 minutes, this might be an ideal product. Say for those of us who like to meditate during our lunch break at work or before we head off to a stressful meeting. During evening hours where you might meditate for a longer period, I would have to recommend the K2 Sky blend as a much better choice. I will keep the K2 Blonde product on hand for those short meditation periods when I have a small window to clear my mind.
